Aaaah! We are green monsters! Do we look cool? We were trying really hard. I like his cute dimples.

The Eiffel Tower was supposed to be in the background of this one. But its not.

We were bored before dinner yesterday. So we took some pictures. I just love being with him. It's the best. Its crazy how he was gone for two years and all the sudden he's just back! For good. It's the best feeling in the world!

Taylor is HOME!
I can't even tell you how happy i am. I missed this boy so much!
He's so handsome. I just want to stare his face off all day.
We've been having so much fun. He has lots of people that want to see him, and we have lots of things we want to do.

This was our first hug :)
I ran to him so fast. I'm pretty sure i caught him way off guard haha! Everyone was making fun of me because all of the sudden i was just gone! I heard his voice and... that's about all i could handle. haha

I don't like this picture of me but its about all i got for now!

He's the best. I already miss him again. But i get to see him Wednesday...and the rest of the week. :)
I'm so glad he's home. It was such a hard two years but so worth it. We grew so much together and individually. He's helped my testimony grow more than he will ever know. He's my best friend and i like him so so so much! (Crazy how that happens even after two long years huh??)
Taylor LOVED being a missionary. He was always so happy, hardworking, and obedient. He is such a great example to me and I'm so proud of him. He has changed many people's lives, including mine. He was greatly loved in Spain and i know they are going to miss him. He will miss them too! I will miss reading his letters every week. They made me so happy...but i guess i have him here to do that now right?? :)
I can't wait to make even more memories with him and to see what happens these next few months. I'm so lucky!

Happy Birthday to Me!

My birthday was on Wednesday, and it couldn't have been better!
Kortney did waaaaay too much for me. She's a sweetie!
She made me cinnamon rolls (my favorite) for breakfast.
She had our whole house decorated so cute, and the most adorable cake in the world!
We went to lunch at Pizza Factory. Yummy!!
Later that night, we had friends come over to play Just Dance on the Wii.
Ahh! So much fun.
Click here to see Korts blog with all the pictures and fun!
AND- the best thing of all happened today!
Guess who got a happy phone call?
Me me me!! From TAYLOR!
I was SO excited!
His family picked him up in Spain on Thursday and they are staying there for a week.
He got permission from his mission president to call me for my birthday. What a sweetheart huh?
I was soooo surprised, but it was the BEST surprise ever!
I was sad to say goodbye.
But 5 days. Basically 4. I can do it.
I can't wait for Thursday!

{Day five}

We had to shove so much into our last day, so we were on the run!

We first went to Ford's Theater, where President Abraham Lincoln was assassinated. It was sad! We also saw the actual gun that John Wilkes Booth shot him with.

Next, we ran over to the wax museum! Everything looked so real, and we had a blast being celebrities for about an hour.

Then we hurried over to the National Archives! They wouldn't let us take any pictures, but we saw the Bill of Rights, the Declaration of Independence, and the Constitution! I had no idea the Constitution was 4 pages long!!

Lastly we went to the US History Smithsonian Museum. We were able to see Michael Jackson's hat that he preformed the moonwalk in for the very first time in, and Dorothy's Ruby Red Slippers! We were in love.

Lincoln was on the right side of the box, holding his wife's hand when he was shot.

I LOVE JOHNNY DEPP.

{Day four in DC}

Definitely one of my favorite days!
We visited Mount Vernon, which is where George Washington lived. He had so much land, and a beautiful home! I learned so much about him and the amazing person he was. I swear i didn't know anything before this trip.
We also went to Alexandrea, an old town about 15 minutes away. We were able to eat at "Gadsby's Tavern", where George once celebrated his birthday and went to a few other parties! It was such a fun place to eat, and I ate the most delicious hamburger. YUMM. I barely even like hamburgers!

Stupid Green Guys. Did they have to be cleaning his house RIGHT then??

His backyard.. he had SUCH a pretty view!

Yes, George is in that. He's all bones by now but still.. little creepy.

They did all this crazy computerized stuff and that is supposed to be him at age 19. He's hot.
Are we cute?

And age 40.

 Gadsby's Tavern!
P.S.. we got cheesecake. It was the best i ever had. I am craving it just thinking about it.
