Awkward and Awesome Thursday!

Yes, i am copying The Daybook. Me and my sister love her. Check her out if you already haven't!

Awkward:

--Girl brings ice cream to institute class, but you know she doesn't have enough cups or ice cream for everyone. You know the feeling. Also, a midget in our class was scooping the ice cream into everyone's cups....

--Leaving institute and i see a couple praying together before they ate their lunch. (I could end this here. But it goes on) Right as i'm staring, they finish, he opens his eyes are BAM we're staring at each other. Oooh joy.

Awesome:

--My sister doing a nice little post about me. I love her.

--Me and Kortney making pancakes and having a killer fun time. We like to mess with people. Baby girl, you're toxic. Keep eating chips.

--HAPPY HUMP DAY BLAKE!!! we love you!

--Learning how to Stomp The Yard. I'm pretty good.
--Hung over or headache? You tell me. Cause we're not sure. just kidding we're sure. Its headache. But these blindfolds sure were helping us escape the light and pain.

I really do have more awesome's because my life is sweet, but i'm pooped. Good day. 

Just a leeetle bit late...

Who says your Valentine's Day can't be great even when your Valentine is 6,000 miles away?? 

Not me!

 Obviously it doesn't beat the Valentine's Day that Taylor was actually here for... which is another story... but somehow he still manages to make them special even though he is gone. 

This year, as i was about to lie down for an itty bitty nap, I woke up to the doorbell ringing.

I didn't want to go downstairs, but i looked out my window and saw a UPS truck, so i thought... Hmm. I should probably go see what that is.

And here they are.

Tulips! One of my favorites. They were pink, red, and white. And SOOO pretty. Well, not so much the first day... but then they turned into this!

Pretty, right?

I loved the inside of them.

I'm quite the photographer huh? ;)

I was obsessed with my flowers! I just loved them so much, and it means a lot to me that Taylor takes the time to think of something for me even though he is a busy busy boy! He's the best.

And even though i didn't get engaged like everyone else... I liked my Valentines Day. :)

p.s. the little diamond necklace i'm wearing in the first picture is what he gave me our first Valentines Day. And i'll have to get a picture of what he sent me last year. Boy was it cute! 

what is wrong with me!

Today this statement became finalized.

ME AND KEYS DO NOT GO TOGETHER.

Why?!?!

Last week, my mother sold her big bus driver Yukon XL. Finally. But- being the picky girl she is, didn't find the car that she wanted just yet. So that meant Paige had to give up her car for the week.

I drove home last Saturday, grabbed my bags out of the car and locked the door. BAM. 

That is just the first.

This morning- I woke up to snow. Yuck. 

My class starts at eight, as i mentioned before. So i head out about 7:45 to brush off my car. (late i know)

I turn on my car, unlock my doors.

I open my back door to get my little scraper out. Shut the door.

Brushed my little white car all off, and i'm ready to go.

I go to open the door. 

LOCKED.

Are you serious??? How was that even possible! I had just opened the door, and it was CLEARLY not locked! Ahh I was so mad. 

I called Robby and went to class with him. Yes, I left my car there, running. But i had a quiz to take ok??

Luckily I have great roommates and neighbors, and i came home to the Key Man at my house with my window rolled down, doors unlocked. (car still running though.. weird.)

My roommate had a coupon so it was only 20 bucks. But really???

I hate keys.

And my car. 

They suck.

Now i'm smart and took off my little remote thing so i will have that just in case i locked my keys in my car again.

And at the rate i'm going, that will be very likely.

A couple weeks ago Hayley Bradshaw randomly took some pictures of us old dance buddies, and here are a few to show you. I wish Lexi and the rest of our friends could've been there! I miss dancing with everyone but i'm glad i have some pictures of us.

12 Weeks!!

So here is an update on my life.
*School started again last week... 17 credits. Its not too bad, but its also not too good. My math is at 8 o'clock every morning. Ouch! Me and Kort finally signed up for institute last night and loved it today. Its the Parables of Jesus class. We also started working out everyday... the cellulite on my butt is already going away. Not. As if that will ever happen.
*Kort mentioned the story about our stupid decision to sign up for a Golds Gym pass... I hate Satan. At least that mess is finally cleared up.
*I'm sick!! Blah. I have a really bad sore throat and it hurts. I sound like a homeless person! But not like that homeless person that became famous from his amazing radio voice... yeah i don't sound like that.
*My brother Blake rocks. His birthday was yesterday. Hopefully he had a nice little japanian (my language) birthday. 
*I'm sure you're all dying to know why my title says 12 weeks.
*But i'm not going to tell you.
*Just kidding i will tell you.
*TWELVE WEEKS and my best friend Taylor comes home!! Can you believe it? Cause i can't. I am SOOO excited! :) My time is finally almost done! Whew. Go Paige.
*One last funny story. Everyone remembers those awful Drivers Ed days right?? Well one day me and Kort were driving home from Wal-Mart and we were behind a drivers ed car. We were turning left at the stoplight, and we had to wait for the oncoming traffic to clear. Well, our little friend in the drivers ed car finally decides to turn, but there were two lanes it could turn into. You know what i mean right?? Well, it turned into the far right one, which was wrong, and it hurried and swerved to the left lane, and me and Kortney about lost it!! hahaha. It was the funniest thing ever and we couldn't stop laughing. It just reminded us of those horrible days and how nervous we were. Eww glad that's over with! Well sorry this was long and pointless but whatever. Have a great day.

The Most WoNdErFuL Time Of The Year

Christmas this year was so great! I was lucky enough to get to talk to my Brother Blake on Christmas Eve and talk to Taylor on Christmas! It was soo much fun. Blake sounded amazing and i loved hearing him laugh. We got to talk for about 2 hours before we made him hang up! The first time we tried to hang up and neither of the phones turned off! haha it was great. Talking to Taylor was a blast too! It was so good to hear him! We had it on speaker phone so we all talked and laughed together. I'm so excited for him to come home in 3 months! CRAZY. I can't even believe it. Christmas morning was a little different for us this year! I've never had to be woke up by my parents before :) haha. I got a new laptop! I was SO happy. Its a Macbook Pro and it will definitely be put to some good use! On Christmas Eve, Grizz got attacked by 5 neighborhood dogs! It was scaaaary. He had a few bite marks and a hurt leg! He wouldn't walk on it for a few days but he is fine now. Such a great Christmas this year!

Merry Christmas!

I love Christmas time! Its the time of the year that everyone is happier and many great memories are made. My favorite part of Christmas is Christmas Eve at Grandpa and Grandma Gubler's. I can't wait! I also can't wait to talk to my Brother on the phone! He's so awesome. We had our Ovard family Christmas party on Sunday, and Santa came! We had lots of fun... didn't we family?
